Cava is special type of wine obtained after second, natural ( or endogenous ) fermentation in the bottle by a traditional process known as the "Champenoise " method.

BRUT :
Coupage : 35 % Macabeu 20 % Xarel.lo 45% Parellada
Serve between 6º and 8º C.
Ageing : 24 months.
Bright, greenish colour. Plentiful bubbles forming a fine crown.
In the nose, crisp and sharp with primary aromas giving it a touch of freshness.
Balanced in the mouth, dry aftertaste, fruity and fine.



BRUT NATURE:
Coupage: 30% Macabeu, 30% Xarel.lo, 40 % Parellada.
Serve between 6º and 8º C.
Ageing : 36 months.
Bright, straw yellow. Good bubble production to form a crown
Correct in the nose with fruity, fresh, juicy overtones. Fine, yet powerful, carbonic effervescence
In the mouth, with hints of ageing in the rear nasal passage.



BRUT GRAN RESERVA:
Coupage : 25 % Macabeu, 40% Xarel.lo, 35% Parellada.
Serve between 6º and 8º C.
Ageing : 48 months.
Luminous yellow with slight, very tenuous greenish reflections. Extremely fine bubbles forming vertically ascending strings.
In the nose, secondary aromas of ageing,
With the Chardonnay taking the edge off them.
Pleasant bouquet in the mouth, good acidity and prolonged after-taste.
